Is there an option to complete a degree in one sitting?

Yes, there is an option for one sitting degree courses, through Sri Narayana, but it is only for students who have discontinued their graduation/detained after 1st & 2nd year. Please note, we do not offer one sitting program for students who have passed or failed Inter/SSC.

No, the aspirant has to complete the NIOS-On Demand program, which is recognised by the Central Board and completing this exam would enable you to pursue your prospective degree courses. 

The University degree programs that are available in the distance mode are:

  • Osmania University-Telangana
  • Kakatiya University-Telangana
  • Acharya Nagarjuna University-Andhra Pradesh
  • Gitam University-Andhra Pradesh
  • Andhra University-Vishakapatnam
  • Alagappa University-Tamil Nadu

The exams would be conducted in the month of April/May every academic year. For calendar year batches, the exams would be conducted in the months of December and January.

The courses pertaining to SSC or 10th are offered by the Central Board-National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) and the courses pertaining to State Boards are offered by Telangana Open School Society (TOSS) or Andhra Pradesh Open School Society (APOSS).

Yes, absolutely, this intermediate one sitting certificate becomes valid for certain competitive exams such as IIT, JEE, NEET.

Yes, absolutely, the intermediate one sitting is valid for all government and private jobs.

The basic difference between both is the convenience, the regular intermediate would involve the students to attend physical classes and the Open intermediate would be at the comfort of his or her home.
